I have been a runner and a dancer, and I now work with horses, so I have had many occasions to get strains, sprains and otherwise sore and achy muscles. I have learned a lot about anatomy in that time, and about good massages. Marcus does a a thorough job, and when tested on anatomy ("could you go easy on my semitendinosus?") he passes with flying colors. He is obviously competent in his knowledge and his understanding of human bio mechanics - so that you can say, "it hurts when I do this" and he can readily isolate the problem. His shop is a pleasant, quiet place with crystals, symbols, scents and sounds conveying a sense of rest and enlightenment. It will take a moment or two after your massage to return to the world, and I came away feeling relaxed and renewed. He is a good masseuse, and a pleasant fellow as well, and the overall experience quite wonderful. I am happy to recommend him.

We all make New Years resolutions and most of us pledge to take better care of our health. I am a firm believer that a great massage is a wonderful way to achieve that. I recently kept that pledge by booking a massage with Marcus Feighery at his great shop called Synchronicity in Pawling N.Y.

Upon entering the store itself you tend to feel relaxed as the scent of assorted candles,relaxing music and the various angel and inspirational gifts take you in. The massage area is located in a private,peaceful area upstairs. Marcus spent time prior explaining the various types of massage and assisted me in making a decision. My decision was to concentrate on the neck and shoulder area. Marcus seemed to understand exactly what was needed and was very professional and knowledgeable in addressing this. The hour went by and I felt very relaxed after and vowed to come back soon. I would recommend you book an appointment and treat yourself or a special someone - it makes a great gift also.

I feel so very fortunate that you were able to give me a massage recently. My shoulders were really tight from gardening, golfing and house projects. Although I wondered if a short treatment would make a difference, I was amazed that you were able to relax my muscles so completely. Your hands are magic!
